I went on date number 3 with the client who played with his food the whole time, refused to try my awesome sushi roll, and also refused the copy of A Confederacy of Dunces I tried to offer him on loaner.  These are all signs of not being interested, right?  Well no, he tried to give me another awkward weird uncle kiss and then asked me out again!  

I AM NOT THANKFUL FOR THE HICCUPS THIS BOTTLE OF CHEAP RED WINE HAS GIVEN ME

I have this sweet, hot, very successful dude totally into me right now.  He of course, bores me to death.  

He calls me rather than texts.  He takes me to dinner.  He holds my hand.  He tells me I am pretty.  

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?  WHY WHY WHY CANT I WANT TO DO BAD THINGS TO THIS PERSON?!

When he tries to kiss me, it is like fielding an awkward kiss from my weird uncle or something. OOF

I want to be Cuomo’s “client number 9”.  HE’S HOT!

Today I am thankful for my family, my not so new job which I still love, my friends whom I will spend a great day with tomorrow, and the fact that although current roommate ended up being a huge disappointment as a person in her lies, and giving me NO notice that she was moving, I’ve got plenty of interest in the place.  

I have reached a point in my life where I am pretty happy.  I have a great Mom and Stepdad, Dad and Stepmom.  I dont know many people who like their parents as friends, and I have that.  It feels pretty good.  They’re actually people I enjoy spending time with.  I have a boss who I look forward to seeing, rather than dreading our meetings.  I have a cute apartment, which will soon hopefully be drama free.  My friends…..well they fill me with plenty of laughter and smiles.  

Things are pretty good this year, and I am thankful for that.
