Another Great White attack in the Northeast
It’s starting to creep me the fuck out that the shark attacks on humans are increasing. I always get a little uneasy in Montauk because of the increased numbers of Great Whites in the past years, but Rockaway always felt like a “safe zone” from that ish……that was until my friend who lives there told me he spotted a 9 foot Grey Shark in the lineup a few weeks ago when he was surfing at dawn. After lots of paranoid googling, I learned that Grey Sharks are actually more aggressive than Great Whites, and can certainly remove an arm or a leg just as easily. Oh well, what are you gonna do? Getting mauled by a shark doing something I love is better than dying of some boring ass reason like illness.
