Am I helping or just being a bitch?
I found a roommate I am pretty sure, but I am still getting emails. I just received this one.

a few things random things about me:
im a 25, straight, single, female, accountant from the Midwest.
(i have a nice, good sized couch i’d like to bring with.)
Prefer washer/dryer in unit or at least in bldg and must have a dishwasher.
i do not like to clean up after others and i respect others space.
i pay all bills in full and on time.
i am honest, shy at first, fun, responsible, neat.
i like to meet new people, go out, see a show or movie, watch my fav shows on TV, etc
my friends/family would like to visit (not often), so like to have room for them to stay.
From Me:
I have rented the room but I felt compelled to tell you unless you’re prepared to spend probably $1500 for a room, you will not find what you are looking for. I had the same wants when I originally moved to NYC 5 years ago and it was pretty depressing when I ended up living in the Bronx with no dishwasher and a damaged ego.
